Who We Are

Saudi Aviation Club (SAC) is the inaugural aviation club sanctioned by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It functions as an autonomous, non-profit organization with the objective of fostering the culture and scientific advancements in aviation, while engaging in a diverse range of aviation activities, including general aviation, sports aviation, and model aircraft. SAC's primary operational hub is situated at Aththmamah Airport, situated within the premises of the King Khalid Royal Reserve.

Saudi Aviation Club serves as the official representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the International Federation of Aviation (FAI) and holds membership in the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).

Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA): A Frederick, Maryland-based American non-profit organization that advocates for general aviation.

Federation Aeronautic International (FAI): The world governing body for air sports founded on 14 October 1905, and headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland.
