The Saudi Aviation Club, in cooperation with a consulting office, prepared the necessary study that ensures reducing carbon emissions resulting from flight operations at Al-Thumama Airport and applying the best possible standards to preserve the environment and nature.
The environmental permit for Al-Thumama Airport was issued by the National Center for Environmental Compliance Control, and the Saudi Flying Club confirms its commitment to applying the possible standards to preserve the environment, in line with the implementation of one of the Kingdom's 2030 goals in the field of sustainable development, including environmental protection and development of vegetation cover.
