Issuance of Al Thumama Airport Permit (OETH) by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA)

In line with the regulations and procedures adopted by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) that regulate the work of airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Aviation Club management has been keen during the past period to do what is necessary by working to develop the infrastructure of Al-Thumama Airport and its affiliated facilities, improve the level of services provided by the club, and meet all technical requirements stipulated by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.

His Excellency the President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation has approved the Al-Thumama Airport permit for use, and issued a certificate accordingly in accordance with the regulations of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACAR. 139).

It is worth noting that the General Authority of Civil Aviation carries out periodic inspections of Al-Thumama Airport and its affiliated facilities, in order to ensure the application of the highest standards of security and safety, for flight operations, and technical and operational procedures.
