نبذة عامة عن الدورة:
تعتبر دورة الدراسات الأرضية لرخصة الطيار الخاص (PPL Ground School) إحدى متطلبات مسار الحصول على رخصة الطيران وفق لوائح الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني. حيث تعد الدورة اللبنة والأساس الأول ليتعلم الطالب من خلالها مفهوم الطيران، حيث تشمل الدورة معرفة كافة الجوانب المتعلقة بالطيران من المصطلحات وأجهزة التحكم والمحركات وهيكل الطائرة كذلك دراسة الحالة الجوية والعوامل المؤثرة على الطيران، وتستهدف الدورة كافة طلاب الطيران، والمهتمين بمجال الطيران من مختلف الفئات العمرية.

The Homework is mostly based from the reading in the FAA Pilots Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge. This may be found for free online through the FAA's website- https://www.faa.gov/regulations_policies/handbooks_manuals/aviation/
The suggested test prep for the written test is from Gleim. You will find the test prep to be divided into sections similar to the ground school schedule.
